A Big Thank you to all those players and there Families who helped with the
Chocolate Fundraising Drive.  Most of you may be unaware the Canada Bay
Council increased the costs of hiring courts substantially this season and the profits we made from the fundraising Drive will help to pay for trophies and gifts that are given out on Presentation Day.

Well Done to all players, coaches & umpires.  Hope you had a Great Year.

How does the Final Series work?

The Semi finals are played on Saturday 19th August at the same time you usually play.
The top 4 teams in each grade participate in the finals series.   The Major  is 1st V  2nd
and the Minor  3rd V 4th

The winner of the Major Semi goes straight to the Grand final and the loser plays the
winner of the Minor Semi in the final.

The Final is played on Saturday 26th August and the winner advances to the Grand Final.

The Grand final will be played in Saturday 2nd September

Things you may not have known :

● Nominated umpires control these games and uniform checks do take place so remember
to take out all you’re piercing (nose, ears & belly button) Your nails are cut short and
rounded. Ensure you have correct black pants on. Failure of any of the above may mean
you miss the game

● During Semi’s and Final’s if a game is a draw at the end of regular time 5 minutes each
way is played.  If there is still no result Golden rule is played where the first team to be 2
goals ahead wins

● If at the end of the Grand final the game is drawn both teams are named Joint Premiers
and no extra time is played.
