Shooters' Set Play from sideline throw in
DESCRIPTION OF MOVE

 GS drives to take the first pass from C.
The GS passes to the WA who is driving towards the circle edge.
The WA then passes to the GA who is now the dominant shooter.

The same routine can be executed from the other side of the court.

 

COACHING POINTS

The GS needs to set up early and drive hard towards the ball.
She needs to turn inwards so she can give a quick pass to the WA.
The GA needs to time her move so she is heading towards the post as the WA receives the ball.
