Here we have a throw in from the side line.
The GS and GA both set up on the far side to the two defenders.
The GA makes a dummy run to the top of the dee, taking the GD with her.
The GS then sprints through the gap left by the GD.
The GS receives the ball from the WA, and passes to the the GA who has bent around her GD to receive the ball under the post.
If the GA can't bend infront of the GD, then she can attack the post by bending around to her left, and going behind the GD.
