We have received a complaint from one of our neighbours regarding parking on Saturday game days. The police will be doing sweeps of the area and booking illegally parked vehicles.
Please be considerate and take the residents living in the area into account.

The late changes affect
1 the mini magpies, who now start training on the 1st of April at 4pm
2 a team change to the under 9 kingswoods. A extra player has been added.
3 the under 10fj's team is now completely filled. See who the latest addition is.
4 a change in the team make up of the under 11 rodeos
5 the under 12 adventras training starts at 4.30pm
Two late changes. The under 8 Vectras train at 4.00pm not 5.00pm. The under 12 Adventras train at 4.30pm from the 11th of March.

What a great start to the year. After some last minute training from Allayne, the girls (+ Ken) marched their way to victory last Saturday. Click here for some pictures.

A
special mention to the Greenlees 10/1 Astras. They scored 226 goals and
conceded only 38 goals. Great effort Ken and girls, all the more impressive
especially as it is the girls first year of full netball. This was the
best effort by ANY teams in the Inner West competitions.

Apologies to all those affected however there is nothing the club could do about these things.
A special thanks to Lisa and Gary Byers who not only organised everything but worked the stall and BBQ from 8 00am till 1 00pm. What stamina and enthusiasm by both of them. As always, the club would be lost without your support.

Greenlees netball club ready for the 2005 season. As you would appreciate it takes a
great deal of effort to get our club up and running each year, so when you see them organizing
and working around the courts, walk up and say "THANKS AND WELL DONE"

You may actually book online for the first time this year and we encourage you
to do so quickly to avoid disappointment, as most clinics are likely to sell out.
Led by Emma Manahan who sold 28 dozen herself, the committee would like to that all the
players for their eager participation and their assistance.
The BBQ was sold out around noon as well. Thank you all and hope you enjoyed the food.
This of course sets us on the hunt for coaches and/or assistants who may be able to assist during the upcoming season.
Coaching is a rewarding experience and the committee and current coaches will provide full training for you and providing guidance where required. Even assistance in an assistant/trainee capacity would be greatly appreciated by all the players.

Compulsory attendance is required for the following courses
The season is about to commence and we still require some assistance in
training and coaching all our teams. Our coaches are doing a great job
however even they are being stretched on occasions so if you can help that
would be greatly appreciated by everyone including all the players, parents
and officials.
As you are probably aware, Greenlees is one of the largest clubs in the
association and, although we are proud of that fact, it does cause some
problems. Coaches are hard to find, and with approximately 20 junior teams
we struggle each year.
The club is also searching for umpires of all standards for the 2004 season.
If you can assist or would be interested, please contact Allayne Hobbs
ASAP or by return e-mail by clicking the button below. The club members are available to assist in training tips and guidance.
Your assistance and participation is greatly appreciated.
Remember, without more coaches we may need to cut back on the number of
teams we register, which, in turn, will affect the number of players we are
able to take.
It's never too late
Time is running out. The season is about to start and all players must have
the proper uniforms.
The Greenlees netball club offers a full range of netball gear fresh for the
2004 season. Be prepared before the start of the season.

The season is quickly approaching. Registration day will be held
on Saturday 31st January at Cintra Park between 10.00am and 12.00pm.To be
eligible for consideration for the 2004 season, all players must either
attend the registration day, or post registration forms and fees (cheques or
money orders only) to the committee prior to Wednesday 28th January 2004.
All fees are due by the registration day.
No player will be registered without a registration form signed by either
the parent (juniors) or player (seniors). New registration forms have been
provided by Netball NSW and must be completed fully to allow players to be
registered. All new players must provide one passport photo and, if under 18
years old, a copy of birth certificate at time of registration.
Late registrations will only be considered if submitted on a Registration Form with full payment and there is availability in an appropriate team
All fees are due on this day however please speak to our Treasurer if there
is a problem. Of fees are not paid by the first game of the season the
player may be ineligible to play.

The 2004 Season will commence on Saturday 27 March with Junior Games to be
played at 9.00am, 10.00am,11.00am and 12 noon. Seniors will be at 1.30pm and
3.30pm. Players cannot be de-registered after 25th March so please ensure
you are available at any of these timeslots prior to registering, as no
refund will be available after this date.
